I wish to cancel my membership, because I am leaving my home for the winter. I will not be here for the next 5 months, and will not be able to respond to new selections. I certainly do not want any of the monthly selections sent. Please let me tell you that I am happy with your service, and look forward to doing business with you when I return. I do not know what ever happened to the big columbia house, that use to give super good bargains " 7 dvd's for 0.49cts each and 4 more a diferent price,and you only needed to buy 3 dvd's at regular price.

I didn't appreciate the fact that they would send you movies(Featured Selections) you did not specifically order...I returned them unopened so I would not have to pay the postage.
The company sent me to the credit bureau...stating I owed them $45.00 for two selections I haven't purchased. I didn't like the fact the company charge shipping per DVD, even though, they shipped the DVDS to you in the same box...example $65.00 worth of movies $25.00 added for shipping fourth class in the same box total $90.00...LOL.
They changed account numbers and log-in information...I always told them do not send me "any movies I do not request", because I will send them back, It continued.

I recieve a bill's from movies or games that i dont order and i wish that they would make changes in the future to help their loyal customers with these problems.It makes it hard for me to get movies that i want when i have a bill for stuff that i never order from columbia house.So please make the adjustments to help me out with these problems.This has happen to me 3 times already and they sir you was the one that made the selections but i never.So send me my movies that i order and not bill me for the ones that i dont have.
