I have been w/netflix for 1 and half years. They have useless cust. service!!! They have slowed 2 a turtles pace in returning and shipping movies!!! It now takes 5 full days 4 them 2 process your movies when you ship back 2 days 4 them 2 ship new ones!!! They never have the new releases available!! If you're lucky you'll get 3 movies every 7 to 8 days!!! Horrible am going to blockbuster now. Do not use neflix!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By gmoney from Ashland, MO

Netflix deceives their customers. They claim "unlimited" rentals and at first they provide good service with fast turnarounds. It would be easy to rate them highly when the DVDs come the next day, but after a while the service slows down. Read the CNN article about how they "throttle" the customers they label as 'heavy renters.' Last week, it took over 7 days for them to record DVD returns. Now the DVDs arrive two or three days late. This looks like a classic 'bait and switch' operation. They blame the USPS but www.hackingnetflix.com has an example where one person put 5 movies in the same return slip. After Netflix got the movies, they sent an email saying the first DVD arrived. On the next day, they sent an email saying the second DVD arrived. On the third day the third email came even though all 5 DVDs were in the same return slip. Netflix keeps making excuses and occasionally admits they think the customer is getting too many DVDs. For the first few months, the only problem we saw was an occasional bad DVD. Now Mr. Hyde is in charge of customer service and he wants customers to just give them the money with turnaround times measured in weeks. By Richard from Lancaster, California
